And now I’m obsessed.

Why You’ll Love This Pineapple Cucumber Smoothie

  • It’s super refreshing. Perfect for hot days, bloated days, or “I just need something light” days.
  • Simple ingredients. You probably already have everything.
  • Easy on digestion. Cucumber and pineapple are both gentle and soothing.
  • Creamy and hydrating. Thanks to almond milk and yogurt.
  • Naturally sweet. No sugar here — just real, delicious flavor.

Ingredients for Pineapple Cucumber Smoothie

This smoothie is super simple, and you probably already have most of these in your kitchen.

Ingredients for pineapple cucumber smoothie

Pineapple: Fresh or frozen chunks work great. Frozen makes it extra cold and creamy.

Cucumber: Peel it for a smoother texture.

Almond milk: I used almond milk as the base, but any milk you like will work.

Yogurt: Plain or vanilla adds a creamy texture and a bit of tang.

Lemon juice: Just a little (not too much) brightens up the whole smoothie.

Honey or maple syrup: Optional, but great if you want a little extra sweetness.

Ice: If you’re using fresh pineapple, this helps chill and thicken things up.

How to Make Cucumber Pineapple Smoothie

This smoothie comes together in just a few minutes—and it’s ridiculously easy.

Step 1: Add Everything to the Blender

Toss your pineapple, chopped cucumber, almond milk, yogurt, lemon juice, sweetener (if using), and ice into a high-speed blender.

Step 2: Blend It Up

Blend until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, you can add a splash more almond milk. If it’s too thin, toss in a couple more frozen pineapple chunks or a few ice cubes.

Step 3: Taste, Adjust and Serve

Give it a quick taste. Want more zing? Add a little more lemon juice. Need more sweetness? A drizzle of honey or maple syrup will do the trick.

Pour into a glass, sip, and enjoy immediately while it’s fresh and frosty.

Pro Tips & Optional Add-Ins

If you want to boost the protein, try adding a scoop of vanilla protein powder or a spoonful of chia seeds.

They blend in easily and keep you fuller longer.

For a spicy little twist, toss in a small piece of fresh ginger—it adds this unexpected warmth that reminds me of my pineapple ginger juice recipe, but with more creaminess.

If you’re out of lemon, lime juice works just as well and still brings that brightness.

And if you want a thicker, colder smoothie, I highly recommend using frozen pineapple instead of fresh.

It makes the texture super frosty and perfect for summer.

Health Benefits of This Cucumber and Pineapple Smoothie

Beyond tasting amazing, this pineapple cucumber smoothie is packed with simple ingredients that do your body good.

Pineapples, thanks to their bromelain component, are great for digestion and inflammation. Cucumbers, on the Other hand, are hydrating and great for your skin, especially when it’s hot or you’ve had a salty meal.

Yogurt adds a creamy texture along with probiotics for gut health, and almond milk keeps things dairy-free if you’re using a non-dairy yogurt, too.

It’s one of those recipes that makes you feel like you’re treating yourself while being really kind to your body.
