Pineapple Ginger Juice Recipe

This pineapple ginger juice recipe has been my go-to juice recipe. I say this because I don’t typically enjoy preparing juices, as it can be time consuming. However, this juice recipe changed the game for me and made me  more open to preparing homemade juices.

Listen, this recipe is so easy to make, even a 2 year old can do it.

All you have to do is put all the ingredients together in a blender, and voila! your pineapple ginger juice is ready!

I sent the recipe to my mom recently, and she fell in love with it that she made it several times over the last couple weeks. One thing she did mention that she loved about it is the fact that it has no trace of artificial sugar.

Unlike most juices you find in the grocery store, this particular recipe requires no added sugar. So for those who are trying to cut down their sugar intake, I strongly recommend giving this a try.

This recipe is also a go-to whenever I’m in the mindset of trying to lose weight. Instead of drinking smoothies, I usually opt for this. It helps to quench my juice cravings and I honestly believe that helps in weight reduction.

I personally never liked ginger juices because it often irritated my throat due to the slappy sour ginger taste. But I noticed that the pineapples and cucumber in this recipe completely eliminated that factor.

I gave this to my husband the other day to try as a third opinion and he loved it. And my husband is a very picky eater. Therefore, if he thinks this juice is delicious, I can guarantee that you that you would love it too.

  • 2 cucumbers - with skin removed
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 2-3 cups water
  • ¼ cup lemon juice - freshly squeezed
  • 2 inch ginger - skin removed


  • Throw all your ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
  • Sieve mixture to remove any pulp (optional)
  • Serve and Enjoy
