No joke, this potato-sausage recipe I’m about to spill to you guys is a killer. I literally tried this combo recently and fell in love. My mom even had to steal some, because it is so frigging good!!! And I’m so sure you guys would love it too.
You can literally make this recipe under 50 minutes, so no need to worry about spending too much time in the kitchen. All you bascially do is mix all the ingredients together, pop it into the oven… and VIOLA!!… You get this awesome goodness ready to be muched on.
This is the perfect recipe to make when you have a couple guests over and you have absolultely no idea what to serve them. I promise, this simple meal will keep them full and satisified. And the best part is.. You won’t even have to worry too much about dishes.

I highly HIGHLY recommend you guys give this recipe a try. It’s super simple to prepare, and you don’t need to worry about spending a ton on ingredients. The main ingredients are sweet peppers, irish potatoes, sausage and onions. But if you just happen to dislike sausages, then substitute it with whatever meat your heart desires.
I do suggest wrapping this up using an aluminum foil right before popping it into the oven. This allows the steam from the oven to throughly cook the sausage and potatoes evenly. But do make sure to leave a bit of space to allow the steam to escape.

Potato-Sausage Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Red Bell Pepper - diced
- 1 green bell pepper - diced
- 1 yellow pepper - diced
- 3 potatoes - cut into wedges
- 12 oz sausage - sliced
- 1 onions - diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp thyme
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 3 tsp lemon juice - optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients listed into a large bowl and mix
- Divide the mixture among 5 heavy-duty aluminum foil. Wrap the foil around mixture, leaving a bit of space for steam to escape.
- Toss in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 415 °F
- Serve and Enjoy!
