Ingredients for Pumpkin Spice Chai Mocktail

Chai Tea: This recipe calls for strong-brewed chai tea. I typically use the Tazo organic chia tea bags or similar ones.

Ingredients for Pumpkin Spice Chai Mocktail

Pumpkin Puree: You can use fresh pumpkin puree for the best flavor or canned pumpkin puree for convenience.

Pumpkin Spice: I use this to add flavor to the mocktail. Make sure you don’t skip it.

Maple syrup or Honey: This adds sweetness to the drink. However, feel free to use your sweetener of choice.

Milk: I like to use coconut milk because it adds a rich, creamy texture that pairs well with the chai spices and the sweetness of the pumpkin without overpowering them. But feel free to use your milk of choice. Just keep in mind that different types of milk may slightly change the flavor and texture of the mocktail, but it will still be delicious.

Vanilla extract: Adds more flavor to the drink.

Ginger ale or Sparkling Water: This gives the pumpkin spice chai mocktail that fizz we all love. If you don’t have ginger ale, sparkling water is a great substitute. Also, try not to add too much. You just need a little bit.

Ice cubes: To chill the drink.

Cinnamon sticks or star anise: For garnish.
